The new director for the Far North Center of Excellence has been announced. Welcome Sara Phillips! Sara recently served as a Research Analyst at Shasta College. Prior to joining the Shasta College team in 2017, Sara worked as data analyst/program evaluation specialist in the non-profit sector for a variety of programs in Northern California. Sara’s specialty is helping to make complex data accessible and usable so that stakeholders can make informed decisions.
